St. John's Show Information
The following is the schedule for the St. John's Gallery Exhibition for 2013:
Publicity photo images due by Monday, March 18
Registration of photos due by Monday, April 22
Delivery of photo to gallery between 10 and 11 AM on Tuesday, April 30
Reception on Sunday May 5 from Noon to 3:00 PM
Gallery talk on Sunday, May 19 at 12:30 PM
Pickup on Sunday, June 30 between Noon and 1:00 PM
St. John's show publicity deadline
The deadline is quickly coming upon us for the St. John's show publicity.
The first of which is the preparation for the announcement card. Please submit to me by MARCH 18 any images you want considered for the front of the card. It should be of work that will actually be submitted for the show. The images should be sized no larger than 6" on the longest side and no less than 300 dpi. There is no guarantee that all images submitted will be used on the card but images can also be used for media publicity announcements. The design of the card cover will need to be approved by St. John's. The card will need to be sent to the printer by March 28 in order for it to be ready for mailing on time.
The following is the schedule for the show.
Registration: Monday, April 22 (2 photos per member)
Delivery: Tuesday, April 30 between 10:00 AM and 11:00 (hanging will be done that afternoon by St. John's)
Reception: Sunday, May 5 between Noon and 3:00 PM
Gallery Talk: Sunday, May 19 at 12:30 PM
Pick Up: Sunday, June 30 between Noon and 1:00 PM
